How to enter Hospitals and clinics
To enter hospitals and Clinics go to Support files\Hospital and Clinics and a screen like the one below shows up:
Name: In this field enter the name of the hospital or clinic that will provide the health services to the insurance policy holders of the MFI e.g "International Hospital Kampala".
Hospital or Clinic:Tick this check box to indicate whether the health facility entered is either or hospital or a clinic.
Address: Enter here the address of the health facility or unit e.g P.O.Box 7815 Kampala
Contact Person: Enter here the name of the contact person of the health unit / facility
Telephone 1: Enter here a telephone number of the contact person of the health unit e.g "+256-414431789"
Telephone 2: Enter here a telephone number of the contact person of the health unit e.g "+256-772567879"
Email: Enter here the email address of the health facility e.g "ihk_kam.org.co"
Note: To see the details of every Hospital or clinic entered into Loan Performer, the user will highlight the specific hospital or clinic in the grid and they will be displayed.
